Current as of 6 September 20261. Seller
The seller and operator of KOOKBOOK is AQUATORQ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Michała Kajki 10–12, 10-547 Olsztyn, Polska, KRS 0001263913, NIP 7394039280, REGON 545605818. Contact: kontakt@kookbook.pl.
2. Product and customer
We sell paid digital content, mainly e-books and psychoeducational programmes delivered as PDF files. The offer states the contents, language, total price, technical requirements and product limits.
The relationship programme is not therapy, diagnosis or crisis intervention. Financial materials are not personalised investment, tax or legal advice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Order, payment and delivery
A contract is formed after the customer selects a product, accepts the required terms, clearly confirms the obligation to pay and completes payment. We then email the contract confirmation and a private download link.
- Internet access, a working email account and a current PDF reader are required.
- Any expiry date or download limit is displayed before purchase.
- Sales documents follow the billing data supplied and applicable law.
4. Licence
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. The file or substantial parts of it may not be resold, published or shared publicly without written permission, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Withdrawal
A consumer asking for immediate delivery gives separate, prior and explicit consent to begin supply and acknowledges that the withdrawal right will be lost once the paid digital content has been supplied. We record the statements and provide contract confirmation on a durable medium. If the statutory conditions are not met, the consumer keeps the rights provided by law.
6. Conformity and complaints
Digital content must conform to the contract. Payment, delivery, access or content problems can be reported to contact@kookbook.pl. We respond within the statutory period and do not restrict mandatory remedies.
We do not promise a particular relationship, life or financial outcome.
7. Governing rules
Polish law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection in the country of habitual residence. Available out-of-court consumer routes may be used. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
