2. Data, purposes and bases
We may process email, name, billing information, order and payment status, consent history, correspondence and limited technical security data.
- Order and delivery — contract performance.
- Accounting and tax — legal obligation.
- Complaints, security and claims — legal obligation or legitimate interest.
- Newsletter and electronic marketing — voluntary, easily withdrawn consent.
3. Recipients
Only necessary providers receive data: hosting and security, payment, email, mailing list, accounting and confidential advisers. Planned providers include Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, MailerSend, MailerLite, wFirma and Cloudflare/Sites, after activation and appropriate agreements.
For processing outside the EEA, we use a GDPR transfer mechanism and describe it in the current policy.
4. Retention
Order data is kept for contract fulfilment, complaints, tax and accounting duties and limitation of claims. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn or a permanent objection is recorded. Security logs are kept only for a proportionate period.
5. Rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority or your competent local authority.
6. Newsletter and cookies
Marketing consent is never pre-ticked and every email contains an unsubscribe route. Before enabling consent-based analytics or advertising, we will display a choice panel. We do not make legally significant decisions solely through automated profiling.
